Zazen is the cornerstone of Zen practice.
Our practice this Sunday will be quite simple. We will have three thirty-minute periods of sitting meditation (zazen) separtated by two ten minute periods of walking meditation (kinhin).
Newcomers are welcome. If you are a first time participant, please try to arrive by 9:10 so we can show you around a bit.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. We supply cushions, kneeling benches and chairs. Please be at your seat by 9:25 a.m. There is no charge for sittings. We welcome your donation.
