Please consider taking a day from your busy life and devoting it to meditation and mindfulness. We all need occasional longer sittings to deepen our zazen practice. Also, this is an excellent introduction to sesshin, our longer intensive retreat practice. This one-day retreat will include sitting, walking, service, Dharma talk, small group discussions and an extened lunch break.

This online one day sesshin is offered by dana (donation) from both SSZ and our resident teacher. When you register for this event there will be place to offer dana to Seattle Soto Zen. To offer dana to the teacher, please use the "Ways To Give" button found at the top right of the of the main SSZ web page. In the purpose box please indicate "Teacher Dana".
