Online Zazenkai with Kanshin Allison Tait
Please consider taking a day from your busy life and devoting it to meditation and mindfulness. We all need occasional longer sittings to deepen our zazen practice. Also, this is an excellent introduction to sesshin, our longer intensive retreat practice. This one-day retreat will include sitting, walking, service, Dharma talk, small group discussions and an extended lunch break.
